What could I do if the pellet mill can’t produce pellets?

A: New flat die pellet mill in first use may not produce pellets, because of the low smoothness of
mould and bad cooperation in new devices. After using oily material for a period, the pellet machine
can run smoothly.

B: The clearance between rollers and dies is too large. You can tighten the screw to narrow the gap to
1.5-2.5 mm.

C: Necessary steps to update a new die or roller shell because of wear and tear caused by long-term
service.

D: The material is too wet or too dry, resulting in low productivity. You’d better increase or decrease
the moisture to proper rate, generally 13%-16% in raw material.

Pellets as animal feed

♦ Feed pellet machine is mainly used for producing animal feed pellets. Corn, bean pulp, straw, grass, rice
husk, alfalfa, wheat stalk, etc.

0.8-8mm diameter die very suitable to make animal feed pellets.

For animal feed: The suitable raw materials for ma ept feed pellets are corn stalk, peanut shells, maize straw and other
farm wastes. Pellets made by the flat die pellet mill as animal feed can be stored for a long time. It can shorten the period
of feeding, so it can efficiently guarantee many users’ productive cost. Feed pellets are mainly supplied to cattle, chicken,
pig, pets and other animals.

♦ Feed pellet machine is mainly used for producing animal feed pellets. Corn, bean pulp, straw, grass, rice husk, alfalfa,
wheat stalk, etc.

♦2.5-10mm diameter die very suitable to make animal feed pellets.

♦The length can adjust according to your need.
♦Moisture content: The moisture content should be about 12%-20%, that is to say, the minimum moisture content is not
less than 12% and the maximal moisture content is not more than 20%, or you will not get high quality pellets.

Pellets as fuel

Wood pellet machine is specially used for producing wood pellets, a new environmental fuel instead of the coal
and oil.The raw material is wide and usually make use of the waste .  such as sawdust, wood shavings, wood chips, wood
logs, straw, rice husk, cotton stalk, peanut shell, bamboo, empty fruit branches, roseamary waste, other plant wastes etc.

keep warm and cook. Pellet stove uses less natural resources as its fuel is generated from waste or recycled materials. 
The fuel it used can be made at home. Here are a few tips for you to spend less money ma ept the stove fuel if you choose
a pellet stove for heating. 

You have to prepare raw materials along with a flat die pellet mill which is
